Reels Pro App and all original content are owned by the App developer. The App is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Important Disclaimer: This App is NOT affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. The App is an independent third-party application. All Instagram content, trademarks, and logos are the property of Meta Platforms Inc.
Downloaded videos remain the intellectual property of the original creators and Instagram. You may not distribute, sell, modify, or use downloaded content commercially. We are not responsible for copyright violations by users.
You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes, legal activities complying with all applicable laws, and respecting the intellectual property rights of content creators.
You agree NOT to: Download content without permission, use content for commercial purposes, redistribute or profit from it, violate Instagram's Terms, hack or modify the App, or harm others using the App.
You are solely responsible for any content you download using the App. You must comply with copyright laws and obtain necessary permissions from content creators.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee continuous availability, that all content can be downloaded, or that the App will work with future Instagram updates.
We shall NOT be liable for loss of data, profits, indirect or consequential damages, or any actions by Instagram/Meta resulting from use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed $1 (one dollar).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App developer from claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
9.1 Instagram Terms Compliance: Downloading content may violate Instagram's policies. You are solely responsible for compliance.
9.2 Copyright and DMCA: This App does not bypass security features. Users must comply with DMCA regulations.
9.3 Content Creator Rights: All content remains the property of original creators. Respect their rights.

11.1 Google Mobile Ads: Uses Google Mobile Ads for advertising. 11.2 Other Services: Uses third-party services for analytics and functionality.

13.1 We May Terminate: Your access if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities. 13.2 Your Right to Discontinue: Uninstall the App at any time.
14.1 Governing Law: Laws of India. 14.2 Disputes: Contact bharathnaik868@gmail.com first. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in English. 14.3 Class Action Waiver: Individual basis only.
